Fire protection for timber

For the passive fire protection of timber, FireSPEC is able to provide and apply an intumescent coating or varnish fire retardant product, which will upgrade the fire capabilities of the timber and is suitable for all timber and wood derived products.

Application consists of a base coat and a top coat, with a full colour range available. The application is similar to that of ordinary decorative products, providing a quick, durable finish, but with added fire stopping capabilities.
