Fire Detection
Early warning devices to alert in the event of a fire.  These systems are linked to an evacuation system and fire brigade station.

Fire extinguishers – gas dumping
Fixed plant systems such as CO2, Inergen, Novec, FM 200 are designed and installed by Fire Spec Systems.

Access Control
The strict control and movement of persons and traffic in commercial and high rush areas.  Systems include card readers, touch tags and finger prints.  Control system can accommodate up to 100 000 users.

CCTV
Closed circuit television systems, utilized for surveillance and monitoring in most commercial factory complexes as well as public walkways.

Public Address
All sound systems including evacuation, music centres and address systems are designed and installed by Fire Spec Systems.

FireStopping
Supply and fix service for firestopping, penetration and compatmentation of fire hazard areas.

Fireboard
FireSpec fireboard CS. Partition and ceiling board offering a two hour rating.

Intumescent coating
Supply and apply service to coat structural steel to provide one or two hour fire rating.
